This is an ideal treatment for sporting and non-sporting people, it can be carried out to help calm nerves, tension, stimulate circulation and reduce the risk of injury. For those taking part in sporting events it can relieve soreness, help the removal of lactic acid and other waste products, it is often used during training, when the focus is on speeding up the healing process and preventing the development of future injuries. Some soreness during or right after the massage is common, however, you should feel better than ever within a day or two. |

By manipulating your skin through slow, kneading movements, you can relieve stress and soothe sore muscles. Pregnancy massage can be very similar to a traditional Swedish massage, using opening and kneading strokes, but throughout your treatment you will lay on your side. If you feel more comfortable this treatment can be carried out on the massage chair. |

Chair massage is a revitalising acupressure massage adapted from traditional Shiatsu. Traditionally oils are not used, which is why the massage is received fully clothed while sitting in a specially designed chair. It is ideal for a on-site office based treatment or for the occasion when you need a treatment to aid relaxation but choose not to have an oil base massage.
